Seeking Students
I am seeking students to interview for my new book. Specifically, I am looking for any student who matches the following criteria:
- You got accepted to a good college even though your high school experience was less stressful, less demanding, and less overloaded than your peers who were trying to get into similar colleges. (I’m particularly interested in students who did one or two very interesting and innovative things that wowed admissions officers even though it was not all that demanding on the student.)
In other words, I’m looking for anyone who followed any part of the Zen Valedictorian philosophy during the college admissions process. (Examples of such students can be found here and here.)
If you think you fit this description then please e-mail me.
If I end up using your story…
- You will be featured in my new book. (I’m happy to use pseudonyms if you prefer.)
- I will send you a signed copy of How to Become a Straight-A Student.
- I will give you a private phone consultation on improving your current student experience.
All you have to do is send me an e-mail with a short description of your story. I’ll be in touch from there.
Thank you in advance for your help!
I hope your new book comes out by Spring next year, it’d be really helpful for me.
man. can’t this wait 3 years, so i’ll be in college by then by your philosophy?? hahaha
Heh, I know this isn’t for me, high school was much more a struggle for me than college is! In college I have been able to really make my own education process in a way that is structured best for my own learning.
Oh boy, if I were just one year older!
ask me in a year and a half or so…if all goes well!
